We successfully litigated against the Ghana Police Service and Attorney General in Suit No. HR/0026/2022, holding them accountable for violating the fundamental human rights of Nana Kwesi Osei Bonsu, a leader in the fight for Benimasi-Boadi land rights. This victory sends a strong message that defenders of the indigenous land will not be silenced.
